When we found out the Star Wars experience at Disney was closing we knew we had to get our family in! We have two young boys that are obsessed with Star Wars. My brother recommended Debbie to us several years ago to book our first cruise. She has been our cruise planner ever since. Though we’ve never met her in person she treats us as if we’re family. I am SO glad I used Cruise Planners rather than book directly with the cruise. Chris, our planner, was so helpful with everything from booking our rooms to giving us advice on excursions. Our trip was perfect. Katie, you did an awesome job. Everything was perfect from drivers, to hotels, guides and excursions. Everything was top notch and we felt very pampered. Thanks again for planning an incredible vacation for us! The direct flights to Miami made the travel easy, and we were some of the first to board the beautiful, clean, amazing ship. The room was great, spa class gave us easy access to the Canyon Ranch Spa, and access to our own restaurant all wee with no crowds or reservations to mess with. The excursions were well run and easy to get arranged. The food all week was high quality, regardless of the venue. Can't wait to slip away again! Debbie, it was a great cruise for us - weather wonderful, cool and sunny! Can you believe not a rainy day. The venues are so beautiful, the whole countryside looked like something from a picture book. The ship really cruises in and out of the fjords, scenic cruising almost everyday. It's amazing how deep they are, that huge ship could sail in and dock in these tiny little storybook sites. Dear Debbie,Thank you for helping make this the vacation of a lifetime for our family! Everything was great, our accommodations, the staff, the food, the Tulum excursion were all wonderful. The location of our room could not have been better and it worked so well to have Reid and Jennifer close by with adjoining rooms. We would never have though of that. You were so patient with me and all my questions. Our family appreciates your help (and added extras like priority check-in, the drink packages for the grandgirls, and the Johnny Rocket tickets). We enjoyed the entire experience more than I can say. Tom had no seasick issues and has even told some friends that we should think about taking a cruise together. Couldn't ask for a better cruise - it was outstanding both on the ship and the excursions off the ship. Jeanne & I were able to go to daily Mass...we enjoyed that treat every day! They were terrific!
